Attention all newly incorporated LLPs and Private Limited Companies!

Beware of a scam being perpetrated by fraudsters claiming to deliver corporate documents in exchange for money.
If you've recently incorporated a company, please be aware that scammers are targeting new companies by sending fraudulent packages claiming to contain important documents of your newly incorporated entity.

It's important to note that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs or the Registrar of Companies do not send or authorise the delivery of any documents via VPP post or any other service provider. When a company or LLP is incorporated, the details of the registered office and the names of the directors become public information. Fraudsters are using this information to carry out their illegal activities.
