The sales or turnover of your business in a
year if it crosses the threshold of 40 lakhs (Goods) & for services 20
lakhs GST registration is mandatory. However, businesses registered in special
category states have a threshold limit Exceeding Rs. 20 lakhs required to obtain GST registration.
Any e-commerce seller on an e-commerce aggregator portal like Flipkart or
Amazon is required to be GST registered irrespective of their turnover. Any

must be GST registered.
